GREED is another powerful weapon of containment. Blacks, since the abolition of slavery, have had large amounts ofmoney at their disposal. Last year they spent 10 billion dollars during Christmas, outof their 450 billion dollars in total yearly income (2.22%). Any of us can use them as our target market, for any business venture we care to dream up, no matter how outlandish, they will buy into it. Being primarily a consumer people, they function totally by greed. They continually want more,with littlethought for saving or investing.

They would rather buy some new sneaker thaninvest in starting a business. Some even neglect their children to have the latest Tommy or FUBU, And they still think that having a Mercedes, and a big house gives them "Status" or that they have achieved their Dream. They are fools! The vast majority of their people are still in poverty because their greed holds them back from collectively making better communities.

With the help of BET, and the rest of their black media that often broadcasts destructive imagesinto their own homes, we will continue to see huge profits like those of Tommy and Nike. (Tommy Hilfiger has even jeered them, saying he doesn't want their money, and

look at how the fools spend more with him thanever before!). They'llcontinue toshowofftoeachother while we build solid communities with the profits from our businesses that we market to them. SELFISHNESS, ingrained in their minds through slavery, is one of the major ways we can continue to contain them. One of their own, Dubois said that there was an innate division in their culture. A "TalentedTenth"he called it. He was correct in his deduction that there are segments of their culture that has achieved some "form" of success. However, that segment missedthe fullness of his work. They didn't read that the "TalentedTenth"was thenresponsible toaid The Non-TalentedNinetyPercentinachievinga better life. Instead, that segment has created another class,a Buppie class that looks down on their people or aids them in a condescending manner. They will never achieve what we have. Their selfishness does not allow them to be able to work together on any project or endeavor of substance. When they do get together, their selfishness lets their egos get in the way of their goal. Their so-called help organizations seem to only want to promote their name without making any real change in their community.

They are content to sit in conferences and conventions in our hotels, and talk about what they will do, while they award plaques to the best speakers, notto the best doers. Is there no end to their selfishness? They steadfastly refuse to see that TOGETHER EACH ACHIEVES MORE (TEAM). They do not understandthat they are no better than each other because of what they own, as a matter of fact,most of those Buppies are but one or two pay checks away from poverty. All of which is under the control of our pens in our offices and our rooms.

Yes, we will continue to contain them as long as they refuse to read, continue to buy anythingtheywant, and keep thinking they are "helping" their communities by paying dues to organizations which do little other than hold lavish conventions in our hotels. By the way, don't worry about any of them reading this letter, remember, 'THEY DON'T READ!!!!

Web of Lies

Some people spend the majority of their time hiding from the truth, manipulating the moments, and cheating their fears. They get so caught up in the very web they've woven. Lies become truths, and truths becomes lies. Their entire existence is complete fiction. Only Legacy left is a tall tale. With different people telling different versions. You may think that by unbuttoning your blouse one notch, putting on red lipstick and giving your husband a come-hither look, you're initiating sex,because you've signaled your interest. I can almost guarantee he'll say he initiated it, because he's the one who slid over, slipped his hand under your shirt and kissed your supple red lips. All men aren't oblivious to the clues and hints, but a more direct approach alleviates the chance of him having bad timing.
Women say they want more spontaneity, but they want it from the man. He wants more from them. To be spontaneous is a form of surrendering, of saying that nothing matters at this moment but the two of you. Spontaneity tells your man you think he's worth putting everything aside for. As one nostalgic husband said, "When we were first hooked up, the spontaneous 'nooner' would make me smile for days, and the unplanned encounter with my wife is still the best kind of sex."

Yet too often we block the urge. We feel interest stirring, and instead of letting it loose, we step in with the usual controls kids, work, laundry, sleep --and postpone that moment of arousal until a more convenient time. Yea, Convenient! Did you ever imagine you'd make convenience a condition for sex? Don't you miss the excitement of inconvenient sex, the just-between-us thrill of sex in unlikely places at unlikely times?

Sex is about so many things -- love, fun, eroticism, connection -- it's silly to let opportunities for intimacy pass by because they're not quite right. The value of sex is sometimes simply in the connection. And what your man will read into your willingness to be spontaneous is that you want him under any conditions good, bad or indifferent. He wants to feel wanted! He wants the Trey Songz, Usher Raymond, Idris Elba experience. Jump on him ladies. You'll forever keep his attention and affection. I bet the Latino's, in Arizona, believe racial profiling exists. The Blacks, in New York, that are randomly "stopped and frisked." By Now, we've all seen the TMZ video of Solange and her super celebrity Brother in Law, Jay Z.

Many have speculated on the actual happenings in that elevator, but only a few know the truth. What we do know is, Solange had to literally be held back. She was punching, kicking, yelling and even spitting, it appeared. The Jigga Man showed he had a lil Money Mayweather in him, as he dodge the barrage of blows. Beyonce stood idly by ..... Jay Z's personal security had to control the little feisty woman. Or who knows what may have happened. This leads me to my point ..... You everyday ladies do not get confused by this interaction. You are not Solange! Your sister isn't Beyonce! And that man, I use the term Loosely, he is not Jay Z!

The everyday woman would have gotten a beat down! By Jay Z and Beyonce more than likely. Most women aren't gonna standby and let another woman, sister or not, attack their man. Whether Jay hit Bey or not (rumor says that's the reason), she would have at least tried to calm the situation. She did nothing!

But back to the fight...... Like I said earlier, that man you are with, he's not Jay Z. He's not even close to being wealthy, and he definitely doesn't have as much to lose. Don't get donkey punched in the throat. Yes you are mad! We understand you are not scared! These boys nowadays aren't like dad....THEY WILL BEAT YOUR ASS! Plain and simple. These young "men" aren't wrapped to tight. They will put their hands on your faster than they reach for their belt buckle, when they sagging pants are sliding down.They will light you up faster than that kush filled cigarello. Domestic violence isn't a joke. It's serious business. Don't become a statistic trying to be something you are not.

Some days you have moments where you began to think, maybe even PLOT. You look around at the REAL hustlers, the businessmen, the gangsters, the politicians. Yet, they 
continue to preach that "crime doesn't pay."
