What better Day than today

I finally got fed up, so i decided to do something about it. I decided to make the change happen.
Last night it was hot as hell at work! I couldn't shake the lethargic feeling for nothing. Feeling weak and unmotivated, i decided it was the diabetes. I had to leave work and go rest in the air. I really didn't
Like that feeling of being weak. It wasn't manly at all! So, that's it! Last straw!
Fuck this bum shoulder! Fuck Diabetes and this 30lb. Weight loss! Time to start doing and stop talking.
So at 160 (down from about 190), its time to get my weight up. Muscle, no fat!
So begins day 1 of my road trip to muscle beach!

I Have a Father Too

I understand that your old man taught you , you're automatically better than me. Superior by birth. I understand! Problem is. You forget that some of us have fathers and father figures as well....contrary to popular belief. You see, my dad never said a word to me about it. But I watched. I listened.
The Sheriff's escorted him out and banned him from the Strawberry Festival (suburban). Simply because, according to the ride operator, "the lil black boy was too small".....as 2 smaller white kids were exiting the ride. Words exchanged, slurs dropped! Well, that wasn't gonna ride. My dad is a proud man. A hardworking man. A strong man. He understands! It's time for more people to understand.
Understand, that all men are created equal.
Equality and justice is for all, not just yall!!
